How does our refund policy work? After you've receive the machine, you'll need to contact our support team by emailing us at support@iontoderma.com to express your dissatisfaction within the first 60 days. Our team will then arrange a pickup at our cost to ship back the device at our offices.
As soon as the device is out of your hands, you'll be fully reimbursed.
Warranty Policy
Iontoderma warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the original purchase. If a defect exists, at its option Iontoderma will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.
In case of an expired warranty, Iontoderma offers the possibility to buy all components individually.
Item on Back Order
The back ordered items will automatically ship out as soon as they become available in the order which they were placed. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered item have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item.
